Rosalia
Rosalia Vila also known as Rosalia (Spanish to mean "Rosalia") She is a Spanish Pop and Flamenco Singer. As a teen, Rosalia has delved into the dark side of both pop and traditional music. Her voice is said by no less a talent than flamenco guitarist Pepe Habichuela as sweet and sharp, however with a bit of bite similar to those of the past. Her debut album Los Angeles garnered attention from the U.S. public and earned the singer the Latin Grammy nomination for Best New Artist her 2018 follow-up El Mal Querer was a huge commercial and critical hit making it to the top of the Billboard Latin Pop Albums chart and eventually getting an Grammy. In 2021, her single La Fama with The Weeknd came out. Motomami the third album by her included songwriting collaborations with Cory Henry and James Blake. It was released on March 20th, 2022 following the performance by Chicken Teriyaki by Saturday Night Live. Rosalia was the first Spanish solo performer to be a part of Saturday Night Live. As well as winning three more Latin Grammy Awards for Motomami Rosalia was also the first female to be awarded this award twice. Latin Album of the Year twice.
